Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Points

CPD points are a measure of ongoing professional education and training activities that help risk management professionals maintain and enhance their skills, knowledge, and competencies. Earning CPD points through RMIA ensures you stay current with industry standards and best practices, demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and excellence.

You can earn CPD points by actively participating in a variety of professional activities. These include attending RMIA events, workshops, webinars, training courses, as well as contributing to industry forums.

Minimum points required:

Associated, Professional and Honorary Members

  • Annually: 10

  • Every 3 year cycle: 30

RMIA Certified® Members

  • Annually: 20

  • Every 3 year cycle: 60
