About the role

Our Risk Solutions division provides specialised expertise in risk management and governance tailored to specific industries.

These include aged care, disability services, child care, schools and colleges, community services, faith and not for profit organisations.

As a Senior Risk Consultant, you help clients better understand and mitigate their risk exposures, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to:

  • Strengthen client relationships

  • Promote the adoption and application of risk management best practices

  • Offer valuable sector insights

  • Support Ansvar’s growth ambitions.

The Risk Solutions Team was recognised as a Top 3 finalist in the RMIA Risk Team of the Year for 2024 and earned the Australian / NZ Insurance Business Award for Innovation and Leadership

Ansvar is a national organisation with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. This role involves regular national travel across all locations, with robust support provided to maintain a healthy work-life balance
